All you need to do in order to get the very cool Gudetama Backpack is to reach level 20 in the My Hello Kitty Cafe game. This is simple enough, but it will take some time.

Once you reach level 20, you'll receive the Level 20! badge and you'll be able to find the Gudetama Backpack in your avatar inventory.
